Terms of Service — DoifyNow

Read the DoifyNow Terms of Service for this marketing and product-showcase site, including acceptable use and informational content.

1. Site and account scope

These terms apply to the DoifyNow public marketing and product-showcase site and its limited account surface. The site provides product information, contact links, email-and-password sign-in, an account page, and read-only display of active billing-derived entitlement identifiers. It does not provide an owning product workspace, checkout, payment collection, invoices, refunds, or tax calculation.

Account and session requests use the same-origin /api route to the separately operated DoifyNow AuthAPI. AuthAPI also supports scoped, expiring X-Api-Key service keys for authorized machine clients. Service keys are separate from browser sessions, cannot be used as user sessions, and must be protected and revoked when no longer needed.

2. Account use

Keep account credentials and any service key confidential. You must not share credentials in URLs, client-side code, analytics, logs, or public material, or try to obtain another user's account, session, billing state, or service key.

3. Product sites

The eight Now products are independent product destinations. Their owners control their applications, product accounts, data, pricing, payment processing, support, and legal terms. Review the relevant product site's terms before using that product.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this site or AuthAPI, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, bypass rate limits or access scopes, or disrupt availability.

5. Informational and billing content

Product descriptions, prices, subscription status, and entitlement identifiers may change. The account page reads existing AuthAPI billing state only; it does not create or modify a purchase or subscription. Confirm current product availability and commercial terms on the product-owned site.

Demo, account availability, and commercial ownership

The demo is an illustrative workflow using synthetic records held in this browser tab. It is not a product workspace and makes no real payments or external changes. Reset and Exit control its sample state.

Self-service registration, password recovery, and identity-provider sign-in are subject to the availability shown on the account access and sign-in pages. Use the currently available sign-in methods shown on the site. The parent site offers no approved shared subscription or checkout. Each of the eight product owners determines its own current prices, limits, cancellation rules, and availability.

Development stages describe the portfolio direction. Features, access, and availability vary by product; a listing does not mean every planned feature is live.
